The accolade is in recognition of the company’s commitment to both current and future employees through “earn & learn” initiatives such as apprenticeships and student placements. With its own Apprenticeship Academy, which it operates in partnership with local colleges to offer Level 1 and Level 2 advanced manufacturing pre-apprenticeship programmes, the award is testament to seabet club Aerospace’s dedication to nurturing the growth and development of its workforce.
